Anders Ferrington is a native Mississippian, born in Natchez Mississippi to Pam Ferrington, Esq.. A graduate of Natchez High School, Anders continued his education at the University of Oklahoma, earning an Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication. After marrying Mandy Peterson Ferrington of Chickamauga Georgia, Anders returned to Mississippi to gain his law degree from Mississippi College.
While in law school, Anders was selected as one of the fifteen recipients of the J.D. Steiger Award, as well as recognition for his work in Domestic Relations and Property law. While in school, Anders clerked with the Attorney Generals office, a branch of the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the Federal Bankruptcy Trustee.
After graduating from Mississippi College, Anders began practicing law, and became of Counsel with the Eaves law firm in 2007. In his role of Counsel, Anders focuses primarily on those injured by the negligence of others. His practice areas include workers compensation, automobile wrecks, premises liability, wrongful death, and general litigation practices.
Anders is a member of the American Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Hinds County Bar Association, and the Mississippi Association for Justice. When not practicing law, Anders and his wife are active in the Belhaven neighborhood area and in local animal rescue charities.
